Hello everyone! :-)
I'm glad there are a few more Clay fans out there. I like him--irregardless of the razzing I get for being a fan.
The media certainly has not be kind to 'Measure Of A Man' on the whole. But, I really do agree with Billboard that it is THE pop album of 2003.
Anyhow, I was wondering what some of your favorite tracks might be. I love the whole album--but among my favorites are:
--"The Way"
--"No More Sad Song"
--"Run To Me"
--"I Survived You"
--"Touch"

Fri, November 14, 2003 - 1:52 PMSo I caught a little Clay on the Jimmy Kimmel show last night. Dude came off as squarer than a box o' corn flakes. 'Uhhhhhh I've heard a little rap from Ruben Studdard' Was it just me, or did it seem like Britney would not even look at the guy?
So happy the FOX network is now deciding who our cultural icons should be.
Folks, go listen to some Coltrane or something -

Invisible
Perfect Day
Invisible grew on me. I thought his first single should have been something else, but the more I listened to the song the more I loved it. It was kind of cool when I heard Invisible play over the loudspeaker at the MGM Grand Casino.

Wed, June 9, 2004 - 9:24 PMpeople have differing tastes, and one will be "razzed" regardless what one listens too. clay is extremely gifted, and his cd is one of my favorites. i love "measure of a man", "the way", "invisible", and of course solitaire from his single.
